OLOMOUC PHOTOGRAPHERS HEADING TO POLAND

The successful book edition of Olomouc Photographers has been accompanied by exhibitions of individual photographers, but this will change at the end of January, because in Lublin, Poland, we will present for the first time the works of all the photographers about whom the book has been published so far. The Polish audience will be able to see the works of Karel Kašpařík, Miloslav Stibor, Vladislav Galgonek, Blanka Lamrová, Michal Kalhouse and Petr Zatloukal in the Lublin Student Cultural Centre Chatka Żaka.

The Olomouc Photographers project, which is being developed under the auspices of the Olomouc Museum of Art and Palacký University Press, is based on the fact that a number of important photographers have appeared on the art scene in Olomouc over the past hundred years, who have both significantly influenced the development of the photographic medium and originally enriched a number of contemporary artistic trends and artistic tendencies in the domestic and international context.
