Christmas! Happy birthday, little boy – Jesus. He is sung everywhere about it… by the tree, in the church, on the small and big cities! He was born in Bethlehem, had a hay bed, and everyone wanted to see him, give him a gift, and bow to him. Poor cowherd boys and rich kings came, people from near and far came… we know all this from songs and stories, but do you know that animals have come to see Jesus?

Those who go to the Olomouc Archdiocesan Museum know it because there is a picture of a little Jesus with his mother and lots of animals. “This is where we will seek inspiration for the Christmas puppet workshop. We will try to make animals that could come to bow to Jesus, do them as much as possible and then play puppet theater with them, ”says lecturer Pavlína Wolfová saying that anyone who wants to diversify Štěpán with a museum workshop must book at her, either on 777 359 431 or by e-mail wolfova@muo.cz.

Children will be inspired by the painting of Madonna and Animals, which was painted by one of Albrecht Dürers successors sometime after 1503
