Today we commemorate the holy day of Jan Sarkander, which will be dedicated to an exhibition at the Archdiocesan Museum this autumn. In addition to him, the main character will also be Jan Nepomucký, who has a holy day on May 16.

Here is one of the main exhibits of the exhibition a painting by Julius Muhr depicting a preparatory meeting for the beatification of Jan Sarkander in the Sistine Chapel in 1855.
