The main and actually the only motif of Dalibor Sedlak’s photographs is nature. With the viewfinder of his camera, he searches for natural structures in the changing seasons, which in the resulting image acquire the character of a graphic gesture. His photographs can also be perceived as a modest, but certainly not negligible contribution to the strong current of Czech landscape photography, which was directed from simple documentaries to landscape motifs with a spiritual dimension, especially by artists such as Josef Sudek or Jaromír Funke, or even in recent decades by Milena Valušková.
The first exhibition at the reopened Amadeus Café will be open to visitors from Tuesday to Sunday between 8:00 and 19:00. The opening of the exhibition will take place on Tuesday 30 April at 18:00.
