The story of Eva, a Shoah survivor who moves with her daughter to a working-class Israeli neighborhood in 1954 and is suspected of collaboration. The film offers insight into the complicated position of immigrant Shoah survivors within the newly forming society of the young Israeli state. The lead role of Shalom Gottlieb is played by Lior Raz, best known for his work on the Fauda series.
