Andreas has spent his whole life in a remote valley, where he has been drawn since childhood. He once joined a construction crew that brought electricity to the area, and with it light and noise. He also found the love of his life there with Mary, but his happiness was short-lived, and they would not meet again until he embarked on the last journey of his life.
