Polish photographer Katarzyna Navarra has created a set of images that are metaphorical representations of interpersonal relationships. Come to Amadeus Coffee & Wine in the grounds of the Archdiocesan Museum Olomouc at 4.30 pm today and see for yourself. Jindřich Štreit will give an introduction.

Katarzyna Navarra’s photographs inspire us to reflect on our own experiences, interconnections and connections that shape our everyday lives. The individual images tell stories, evoke emotions and capture decisions that allow us to find a reflection of ourselves and others in the symbols. They demonstrate in a simple way the basic emotions that define us as social beings.

Katarzyna Navarra is a visual artist and photographer. She graduated in Polish Studies at the University of Zielona Góra and ZPAF Photography Studies in Warsaw. She is a member of the Committee of the Warsaw branch of the Association of Polish Artists Photographers. Student of the Institute of Creative Photography at the Silesian University in Opava. Among others, she received an honorable mention in the Vintage Grand Prix competition for her project “Female Practices” at the 8th Vintage Photo Festival in Bydgoszcz. Her works have been exhibited in Poland and abroad and are in private collections. She lives and works in Warsaw.

The exhibition is open until 6 April 2025, daily from 10.00 to 19.00, except Mondays, when it is open from 12.00 to 19.00.
