In the summer of 2011, film school student Daphni Leef set up a tent on Tel Avivs main boulevard in protest against high housing prices. Little did she know that this move would put her at the forefront of a nationwide social protest. As a documentary filmmaker, she looks back on this turbulent period in her life, when she went from a naive young student to a celebrated and controversial national icon.
