Silent tour of the exhibition halls – such is the general idea about the contents of museum visits. But it is a mistake! In Olomouc Museum of Art also think children for whom simple viewing of exhibits is not attractive. The latest proof is the fact that we are on exhibition illustrator George Solomon added puzzle and memory game.
“Although George Solomon exhibition itself may be attractive for young visitors, because they see example Maxidog Fíka, Mr Tau or The Hobbit, we wanted to tour even more fun,” explained museum lecturer David Hrbek. Children and adults can put together to illustrate the Pan Tau and graphics Lady with bowties or play a memory game with graphics Citationes.
George Solomon exhibition at the Museum of Modern Art, which represents all of his most important work illustrator, but also graphic art and free drawings, was launched on 29 January and will run until May 17th.
