The most important project of the Olomouc Museum of Art in this year marked the director Michal Soukup at todays press conference international exhibition Aenigma | One Hundred Years of anthroposophic art. Project reporters approached his coauthors Reinhold J. Fäth and David Voda. The press conference was also attended by special guest – Thomas Bauer-Friedrich, director of the Museum of Art in Moritzburg Halle, where the exhibition will be reprized in August.

Visitors will see paintings, sculptures, graphics, design, furniture, books, clothing, jewelry and toys – more than a hundred works of artists from the years 1911-2011, which combines inspiration anthroposophy, the spiritual teachings of Austrian philosopher Rudolf Steiner. The exhibition, which is by loans involving institutions and collectors from Germany, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Sweden, Poland and Ukraine, is the worlds first attempt to summarize the long history of anthroposophic art and its inclusion in the history of visual culture.
