A trio of jazz musicians who share a passion for free improvisation and in various contexts also fascination with Jewish culture. In their joint project, they combine jazz, free improvisation and Jewish music in unexpected ways. The repertoire is a mixture of original compositions, traditional Jewish songs and interpretations of compositions by American musicians from the circle of saxophonist John Zorn.

Dorůžka | Fischmann | Novák Trio
Flutist Robert Fischmann and drummer Martin Novák are involved in a new joint project of the leading personality of the contemporary Czech jazz scene, David Dorůžka. The repertoire of this ensemble is based on music based on the Jewish traditions of Europe and the Middle East. However, musicians work with older and newer musical material in their own way and are not afraid to project various influences and sounds of the contemporary music world into it.
